Beach Regional Center, LLC (HBRC) purpose is to promote economic growth
and improve regional productivity, job creation and increase domestic
capital investment, and shall initially focus on investments into new
commercial enterprises within the hospitality industry, restaurant,
office, tourism, marinas, entertainment, and retail establishments.
These businesses will be located in Broward and Miami-Dade Counties, in
the State of Florida.
The primary goal of the HBRC will be to increase the level of permanent, direct, indirect, and induced jobs within the Regional Center (RC) district by attracting foreign investment capital, through the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) EB-5 Immigrant Investor Pilot Program to support the creation of new, qualified EB-5 job-creating commercial enterprises.
About Margaritaville Hollywood Beach Resort
The Margaritaville Hollywood Beach Resort is a Margaritaville-themed destination resort and entertainment center inspired by one of America's leading lifestyle brands – Margaritaville – and its many successful businesses which include an existing hotel, numerous restaurants and retail stores, packaged foods, bottled spirits, beer, drink mixes, apparel, housewares, home furnishings, and a tropical/vacation-themed radio station.
The resort will be developed on a six acre parcel extending from the Hollywood Beach Broadwalk to the Intracoastal Waterway, and located between Johnson Street and Michigan Street in Hollywood, Florida. The resort will include a 17-story, 349 room hotel with over 30,000 square feet of convention and meeting space, over 35,000 square feet of restaurants and bars with both indoor and outdoor dining areas, over 7,000 square feet of retail shops, a 15,000 square foot full-service spa and fitness center, a parking garage serving both the public and the hotel with over 1,050 parking spaces, a boat dock and bar along the Intracoastal Waterway, and an extensive water recreation area with multiple pools, cabanas, and entertainment venues all situated along 450 feet of beachfront.
